Before real estate, Derek was a teacher and coach. “There is so much research required now in real estate to make an informed decision, my background in education and technology has been invaluable in helping me both perform the mechanics of real estate, and, communicate the information to the client.”
Having grown up in Arizona since the mid-70s, (with brief work stints in beautiful Colorado and Texas), Derek has gained a broad knowledge of Arizona and its many offerings. “Prescott in particular has a broad scope of areas and property types. I am eager to help clients with the learning curve in order to find the property of their dreams or sell their home quickly and efficiently. Buyers and sellers need someone with strengths in technology, communication, local knowledge, and honesty. You will find that here at Iannelli & Associates. I have benefited over the years from an office that has immense local knowledge.” 15 years selling in the greater Prescott areas, hundreds of transactions as an agent and manager, experience in complex transactions, including but not limited to: probate situations, title issues, short sales, trust/trustee sales, estate sales, rural sales, and land sales. Outside interests: golf, mountain biking, virtually all sports, travel, painting, reading.
